Registration

Welcome to the registration site for 32nd IFIP/IEEE International Conference on Very Large Scale Integration Systems-on-Chip. Prior to registration, please make also sure to book your hotel on time due to limited availability. In addition, please also check the application request for a visa here. The registration types are explained below.

VLSI-SOC 2024 Registration

• Full Registration for IFIP/IEEE members, IFIP/IEEE retired, IFIP/IEEE life members, non-IFIP/IEEE members; it includes access to all the symposium sessions, symposium proceedings and Program Booklet, coffee breaks, lunches (Sunday Tutorials, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), Welcome Reception (Sunday), and Social Event (Tuesday).
• Student Registration for IEEE student members / non-IEEE student members; it includes: access to all the symposium sessions, symposium proceedings and Program Booklet, coffee breaks, lunches (Sunday Tutorials, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday), and Welcome Reception (Sunday). The Social Event is not included. A copy of the student card is required and has to be submitted together with the registration form; otherwise, the registration might be discarded. Students who join the PhD Forum and do not have a paper in the formal proceedings can register with a student registration. It is recommended, however, to join the social event and therefore also purchase an additional social event ticket. As a student, you might be eligible for a CEDA travel grant and a CASS travel grant. Students who participate in the PhD forum and those who come from emerging countries (like Brazil, Egypt, Thailand, etc.) can potentially also apply for an IFIP grant. • Sunday Tutorial gives access to the tutorial presentations on Sunday only including the coffee breaks and lunch.
• One Day Registration for IFIP/IEEE members, non-IFIP/IEEE members; it includes: access to all the symposium sessions on that day, symposium proceedings and Program Booklet, coffee breaks on that day, and lunch on that day. The Social Event is not included.

All accepted VLSI-SoC papers, both poster and oral presentation, must be accompanied by a Full Registration and must be registered before Sept 1, 2024. A Student Registration or a One Day Registration only is not allowed. Note that if you travel with someone else who is not attending the conference, you might consider purchasing an additional Social Event ticket. A limited number of Social Event tickets are available. They will be assigned in a first-come-first-served order, but priority will be given to Full Registrations. Purchasing a social event ticket will cost € 105.

Advance/Late Registration

Advance Registration applies when the participant registers before Sept 1, 2024. The Advance/Late registration fees can be found below.

The payment process is fully automated. The registration fee can be paid using iDeal (for Dutch participants only), wire transfer, credit card, etc. The online registration system closes on Sept 27 and after that only on-site registrations are possible. Please note that a cancellation fee of € 70 is applied after 15 Sept and that there is no refund after 1 Oct.
